Three-in-one: trekking, rafting, jeeping

Main advantage of this Carpathian tour is that you get to be located at “Tourclub” rafting camp, this way you slip necessity to carry along your everyday personal items in a heavy backpack with you. Groups overnight and eat both breakfast and supper at camp, than spend a whole day on the peaks of Ukrainian Carpathians, hiking, rafting, or jeeping. Tour starts with ascend, closest to the camp mountains peaks, and gives an opportunity to adapt. Third day foresees ascend to the mysterious peak Pip Ivan, where you get to see the highest mountain structure in Ukraine – abandoned observatory, on the 7th day – conquering of the highest top in Ukraine, Hoverla (2061 m). Through the whole tour, activities changes with a speed of adventure movie scenes: rafting turns to trekking, jeeping into picnic. You simply won’t have any time to be weary. Day 1

Hiking to the mountain Krynta (1350 m)

“Tourclub”s instructors meet group at 8:00 a.m. on the Ivano-Frankivsk railway station.

Caution! For additional fee we can organize more convenient meeting, by prior arrangements.

During the transfer to the rafting camp “Tourclub” (Ivano-Frankivsk obl., Verxovynskyii rajon, village Nyznya Dzembronya) we make a stop in Yaremche for a good view at Carpathian waterfall Probiy (river Prut; altitude – highest point 12m) after we are having breakfast and then settle in a tent camp, afterwards we’re off to the mountain Krynta approximately for 3 hours. Sauna is only available if prior arrangements are made (for additional fee)

Day 2

Hiking to the mountain Smotrich (1898 м)

6 hour trip to the mountain Smotrich (1898 m) from the top of which you can admire the goal of the next day – Pip Ivan Chornogirskyi also may visit Carpathian cowboys on the meadow and taste true hutsul cheese

Day 3

Hiking to the mountain Pip Ivan Chornogirskyi (2028 m), examination of abandon observatory

Relocation to the village Shybene, where we start our 7 hour tour to mountain Pip Ivan Chornogirskyi (2028 m) – third highest top of Ukrainian Carpathians; on the pinnacle of a mountain you’ll get to see surrounding area from a highest structure in Ukraine – polish observatory, also known as White Elephant; our route lies near to beautiful mountain lake Maricheika

Day 4

Rafting on the thresholds of the Black Cheremosh River

Rafting camp “Tourclub” is situated on a bank of Black Cheremosh, therefore its irresistible to try Carpathian rodeo on the rapids of the mountain river while being here; we offer rafting on our inflammable catamarans and rafts, from our camp to village Krasnyk (10 km route) and to Verhovyna town (20 km route)

Day 5

Tour to the mountains

6 hour ascend to mountain Kostrycha (1512 m)

Day 6

Trip on the jeeps to Romanian border

7 hour trip on the jeeps to Rogy meadows (1500 m), Romanian border; encampment close by to the mineral wellspring in Burkuti

Day 7

Trip to the mountain Hoverla (2061 м)

Conquest of the highest Ukrainian peak – mountain Hoverla (2061m), that will take approximately 6 hours from a tourist base “Zaroslyak”, where group gets by bus

Accommodation in Vorohta manor

Day 8

Souvenir fair in Yaremche

Relocation to Yaremche, walk through town, visit of a local souvenir fair and departure to Ivano-Frankivsk (group will be at the Ivano-Frankivsk railway station till 18:00)
