White Elephant: observatory on the top of the mountain

How to pay?
In order to confirm your participation in a tour a 30 % deposit must be transferred (the full payment should be done on tour). It is demanded that the deposit must be transferred no later than a week after applying for a tour to our e-mail outdoor.ukraine at gmail.com. A scan or a picture of the payment receipt must be sent to outdoor.ukraine at gmail.com.

Important! Cancellation must be in writing form and sent via e-mail. A refund of 50 % of the transferred (30%) deposit takes place under condition that cancellation is made no later than 15 days before the starting day of the tour (fee for the transfer service is covered by the customer). If the letter of cancellation is received on the 14th day before the tour date a 30 % deposit is non-refundable.
